Description We stopped for a few captures in the town of Cuervo, New Mexico. The toning here is just as it came out of the camera which looks like a sepia toning has been applied. The old wood has been bleached from the sun and this is all the color that remains. | Technical Details Between 1901 and 1903, the Southern Pacific pushed through Cuervo and a town was born. When Route 66 came through, the new highway created the additional trade of gas stations and hotels. Cuervo reportedly had a population of almost 300. EXIF: Canon EOS 40D, 28mm, 1/60s, f/5.0, ISO400, Flash: N, White Balance: AUTO, Timestamp: 05/04/2008 10:29am |
