  More About Myself...

I have always taken snapshots. In January, 2003, decided to buy an SLR to take better pictures. March 2003, I broke my leg and collarbone in a bad bicycling accident, ruining my athletic life. New hobby? See life anew through photography.

Camera equipment:
Started with the Minolta Maxxum 4. In February 2004, Sony DSC F717 digital. And Christmas 2004: Canon 20D!!

Lenses:
28 - 90 mm Quantaray autofocus. 70 - 210 Quantaray. Canon 18-55, Sigma 28-200 for the Canon, Canon 17-85 IS.

Other equipment:
Polarizing filter; ND and grad ND; and tripod. A large dose of faith when I click the shutter because I'm still learning how the camera sees. Photoshop Elements playing a larger part to repair damage done by my poor camera skills.

Unlike Tony, I just can't resist getting up early and heading down to the beach.

Oft photographed Looking Glass Falls from easiest vantage point. Really not much color. Hard to tell whether it's past peak, pre-peak, no peak. About 45 minutes later, different site, ran into Nick, Sonci, Robin and Chris at Second Falls!
